Senior Case Manager and Care Expert
Caroline qualified as a State Registered Nurse in 1983 and as a Registered Nurse (Mental Handicap) in 1985.
Caroline joined ACM in 2004, as a Brain Injury Case Manager, and has worked with adult clients with traumatic brain injuries, as well as clients with spinal injuries and other traumas. She has been responsible for setting up and managing complex care packages for clients across East Anglia, ranging from 24/7 care, to providing support with rehabilitation, work placements and life skills to clients living on their own.
In addition to case management provision, Caroline is available to provide Expert Witness reports for litigation purposes, on the care, case management, and rehabilitation needs of adults and children following traumatic brain injury and other complex neurological conditions.
Caroline gained her Diploma in Management in 1996, and is an Advanced member of BABICM.
