Senior Case Manager / Care Expert
Fiona qualified as a Social Worker in 1999 and joined ACM in 2007 as a Brain Injury Case Manager.
Fiona’s case management experience includes working with adults with complex physical disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and life-limiting conditions; working with children with physical and/or learning disabilities acquired through birth trauma, medical negligence or road traffic incidents; and working with and supporting clients’ families. Fiona has provided evidence to the Court in matters of both adult and child protection, and is involved in the recruitment, induction and on-going management of Support Workers. She also has a supervisory role within Anglia Case Management.
In addition to case management provision, Fiona is available to provide Expert Witness reports for litigation purposes, on the care, case management, and rehabilitation needs of adults and children following traumatic brain injury and other complex neurological conditions.
Fiona is an Advanced Member of BABICM.
