Case Manager for Children and Young People, and Care Expert
Since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 1992, Nicci has specialised in working with children with physical disabilities.
Nicci joined ACM in July 2004 on a part-time basis, working with children who have cerebral palsy and those who have sustained a traumatic brain injury. Her role has involved planning and overseeing major adaptations to individual properties, assessing and providing a wide variety of equipment, undertaking risk assessments, providing moving and handling advice for clients, and working with parents and carers.
In addition to her role as a Case Manager, Nicci also provides Expert Witness reports for litigation purposes on the case management, rehabilitation and care needs of Children and Young People following a traumatic brain injury or other complex neurological condition.
Nicci is a member of BABICM at Advanced Level.
