Care Expert
Pam qualified as a Social Worker in 1989, and gained experience working with children and families, child protection, older people, and adults with disabilities. She was a specialist worker and Team Manager in Services for Disabled Adults including those with traumatic brain injury.
Having joined ACM in 2004 as a Brain Injury Case Manager, Pam was promoted to Senior Case Manager in 2006. She has extensive case management experience working within the litigation framework for clients whose cases are ‘unsettled’. Having undergone training regarding the preparation of expert witness care reports she is now a Consultant Care Expert and has completed a number of Expert Witness reports for the Court. Pam continues to mentor Case Managers within the company.
Pam maintains membership of BABICM at Advanced Level.
