Brain Injury Case Manager
Joanne qualified as a Physiotherapist from Brunel University College in 1995, and joined Anglia Case Management in 2011 as a Case Manager working with Adult clients. Jo has worked in the field of neurology since 1999 and specialised in working with clients with brain injuries from 2005.
Prior to joining Anglia Case Management Jo worked for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust, where she had a clinical case load as well as managing the physiotherapy service. Jo worked closely with family members and the multidisciplinary teams including therapists, psychologists, social workers, continuing care teams, legal professionals and case managers.
Jo also worked in a neuro-community service in East Cambridgeshire, where she worked with a wide range of neurology clients in settings including nursing homes, hospital wards, outpatients and community.
Jo is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists interested in Neurology and the Health Professions Council. She is also a member of BABICM at Practitioner level.
