History

Caroline Ferber started work as a Brain Injury Case Manager in 1991, having qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1977. She has worked exclusively in traumatic brain injury acute care, rehabilitation and long-term management since that time.

Anglia Case Management was formed by Caroline in 1998. As the company took on experienced practitioners as Case Managers, we moved to offices in Tostock, and in 2006 took over a newly converted barn office suite, which provides space for over 25 members of staff, and provides training facilities for up to 15 people.

In response to the needs of clients, the services offered by ACM have expanded to include specialist Case Management teams working with either Adults or Children and Young People. In 2007 the Community Rehabilitation Service was developed, to provide rehabilitation to ACM clients, and also private referrals.

A Manual Handling service was developed in Spring 2011, alongside an Occupational Therapy advisory service for Children and Young People.

An experienced team of Expert Witnesses is also available within ACM to provide reports to the court on claimants who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Anglia Case Management is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Domiciliary Care Provider and in 2016 was judged to be “good”.
