Brain Injury Case Manager

Caroline qualified as a State Registered Nurse in 1983 and as a Registered Nurse (Mental Handicap) in 1985. She has experience as a Rehabilitation Charge Nurse with people who have learning and physical disabilities and has, since 1992, managed services for people with physical disabilities including acquired traumatic brain injury. She was instrumental in the provision and ongoing management of a new service providing accommodation with 24 hr support, respite facilities and out-reach support for people with severe physical disabilities.

Caroline is an experienced manager, having most recently worked as an Operations Manager overseeing supported living services for 73 people in the London and Essex areas. She gained her Diploma in Management in 1996.

She joined Anglia Case Management Ltd as a full time brain injury case manager in April 2004. She is a member of BABICM at advanced level.
