Brain Injury Case Manager

Fiona began her career in social care in 1987 with several posts in residential care including work with the elderly; and young adults with complex learning and physical disabilities.

She joined Cambridgeshire County Council as a Care Manager in 1994, and qualified as a social worker in 1999. She has worked with adults post traumatic brain injury and stroke, and with children with complex needs. She has a particular interest in working with clients who have cerebral palsy, and those who require augmentive communication, to help them take control of their lives. More recently she has held the post of Operations Manager for the County Council, with responsibility for staff recruitment, management and development of the social care services.

She joined Anglia Case Management Ltd in 2007, working mainly with adults who have sustained traumatic brain injury, but also carrying a children's caseload. She is a member of BABICM at Advanced Level.
