Brain Injury Case Manager

Lis joined Anglia Case Management in September 2009, and brings her experience of many years as a community occupational therapist in Statutory Social Care Services.

Lis qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1995 from the University of East Anglia and she has worked with people of all ages and conditions, including those with acquired or traumatic brain injury.

In her role with Statutory Social Care services, she was closely involved in the provision of specialist equipment, as well as adaptations funded through the Disabled Facilities Grant programme. She is experienced in the management of complex moving and handling cases, having worked closely with both formal and informal care providers. Lis has also worked on a Reablement programme, providing a therapeutic service for older clients prior to discharge into the community, and also for Norwich Primary Care Trust in an amputee rehabilitation role.

Lis is registered with the Health Professions Council, and is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists. She is also a member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) at Practitioner level.
