Linda started her career in Social Work in the early 1980’s, working with children with learning and behavioural difficulties. She subsequently worked as a Hospital Social Worker, as a Child Protection Worker, and also been responsible for a duty team and its workload.

Management roles coincided with the introduction of the Care Standards Act 2000 which led to direct involvement in the introduction of many new policies and procedures. She has gained City and Guilds Level 4 awards in both Management and Training in recent years. Linda joined Anglia Case Management in May 2006 as Training and Care Coordinator.

Linda is the Registered Manager and is responsible to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
