Managing Director / Brain Injury Case Manager

Caroline qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1977 and has spent almost all of her career working with adults and children who have sustained acquired or traumatic brain injury. She has worked with individuals in the acute hospital setting, neurological rehabilitation units and, since 1990, in the community. Having worked as a sole brain injury case manager practitioner since 1991, she started Anglia Case Management Ltd. in 1998, and now has a team of experienced case managers working alongside her. Anglia Case Management Ltd is registered as a domiciliary care agency with the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate (CSCI).

She is a member of BABICM at advanced level, and in addition to managing the business, has a small case management caseload of her own. She regularly gives talks and lectures on case management related topics, and has worked as an expert witness since 1991.
