Lis joined ACM in 2009 and works with adults with complex needs. Having qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1995 from the University of East Anglia, Lis has many years experience as a Community Occupational Therapist in Statutory Social Care Services.
Since joining ACM, Lis has gained experience of working within the litigation process, developed care packages for clients, and recruited and provided line management to support staff. She has sourced therapies and services for clients with traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy and learning difficulties, working collaboratively with clients, their families, support staff and other professionals.
In addition to case management provision, Lis is available to provide Expert Witness reports for litigation purposes, on the care, case management, and rehabilitation needs of adults following traumatic brain injury and other complex neurological conditions. She was awarded the Cardiff University Law School Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate in April 2017.
Lis has completed BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Moving and Handling People and Equipment, and uses her knowledge of equipment and adaptations, and her skills in managing complex cases to provide expert advice to clients.
Lis is a member of BABICM at Advanced Registered Practitioner level.
