Pam qualified as a Social Worker in 1989, and gained experience working with children and families, child protection, older people, and adults with disabilities. She was a specialist worker and Team Manager in Services for Disabled Adults including those with traumatic brain injury.
She joined Anglia Case Management in October 2004 and was promoted to Senior Case Manager in October 2006. She has considerable case management experience working within the litigation framework for clients whose cases are ‘unsettled’. She has undergone training regarding the preparation of expert witness care reports and until October 2010 Pam combined expert witness work with a clinical case management case load. From November 2010 until March 2012, she concentrated solely on developing skills and experience as a Care Expert, instructed by both claimant and defendant solicitors.
Pam no longer takes new work as a Care Expert, but continues to work for Anglia Case Management on a consultancy basis in her role as a mentor for Case Managers who are starting Care Expert work.
Pam is an Affiliated Member of BABICM.
