Andrew was six years old when he was involved in a road traffic accident. He suffered a serious head injury with fractures to his skull, resulting in a traumatic brain injury.

Anglia Case Management starting working with Andrew and his family in 2001 when he was 15.  Andrew’s needs have changed as he has developed and progressed; initially Andrew had a Case Manager who specialised in working with Children and Young People, but he has now transferred to a Case Manager who specialises in working with Adults.

Andrew’s Case Managers have supported him to achieve many important life goals, including:

  • Leaving full time education;
  • Learning daily living skills;
  • Moving into his own home;
  • Developing relationships; and
  • Increasing his leisure activities.

ACM continues to provide support and encouragement to Andrew with his new milestones and life challenges.
