ACM's experience is that direct recruitment is the most effective way of providing sustainable, high quality care and support. Before recruiting any staff, Case Managers talk to the client and their family to find out what they need, and advise on what they may benefit from.
The support package is developed by the Case Manager alongside the Care Co-Ordinators, and together they are responsible for the recruitment, training, management and supervision of the support workers to ensure the client’s individual needs are met.
ACM are now managing:
- Over 250,000 hours of support to our clients each year
- Over 70 bespoke support packages to clients
- More than 15 24/7 packages of care
- Delivering over 300 days of bespoke support worker training per annum
ACM is registered and monitored by the Care Quality Commission and in 2017 was judged to be “Outstanding”.
