MW665 Support Worker Required – King’s Lynn, Norfolk

Closing Date: 26th April 2019

Job Summary

Carl is a personable adult in his mid-thirties, who has shown the ability to develop a trusting relationship with his support team; however, he has a somewhat limited social network of friends, and is hopeful that his support workers will facilitate introductions to a wider network to make new friends and support him to build lasting relationships.

Carl presents with no obvious physical disability, and he likes to be treated as any other young man when spoken to. Carl’s difficulties lay predominantly with executive function impairment. In effect he requires support to problem solve, plan, organise and maintain attention and motivation.  At times he can be extremely anxious and this needs careful management.

Carl is an active young man, who plans activities around his voluntary work. He has a keen interest in the gym, Arsenal Football Club, online gaming, clubbing and motorcycling.
