Senior Case Manager

As a qualified Social Worker by background, I left the statutory sector as a manager to return to what I loved and missed: face to face client contact, the ability to use my skills to support change, think outside the box, and problem solve.

The work as a Case Manager is always varied, but the reason it leaves me feeling fulfilled is that what I do does make a difference for my clients.  It sounds a cliché, but it is true.  Bringing together a team of the best therapists and professionals, enabling the client to meet rehabilitation goals that they have helped to set; how can you beat that?

I am passionate in advocating for my clients, committed to creating individual solutions whether it be renovating a Landrover as a work replacement activity, or supporting the litigation team to understand why such a project moves the client forward in a way that keeps someone engaged in the rehabilitation process.  No day is the same, and the client is always at the centre of what we do.
