We are very proud to share the results of our recent CQC inspection: the service delivered by ACM was judged for the second time in succession to be Outstanding.
We were Outstanding in 3 out of 5 “key lines of enquiry” (effective, responsive and well led), and Good in the remaining 2 categories (safe and caring). This overall Outstanding rating puts Anglia Case Management in the top 2% of Adult care providers in the UK.
Sonia Collin, the Registered Manager said: “We are absolutely delighted with the results of this very thorough inspection by the CQC. It is a credit to our staff based here in Suffolk and all of our 211 support staff across East Anglia who work so hard to support those who use our service.”
Sue Stoten, the Managing Director of ACM added her praise “I’m so proud to lead this team of dedicated case managers, occupational therapists and admin staff, and its fantastic that our work is recognised by the CQC. Sonia does an amazing job in ensuring that everyone follows the guidelines set out by the CQC and our recent inspection shows that we do more than just meet the standards, we exceed them!”
