Anglia Case Management was founded in 1998 by Caroline Ferber. Caroline retired as Managing Director in August 2018 and was replaced by Sue Stoten. Sue joined ACM in 1999 and has a dual role as Managing Director and Clinical Director for Adult clients.
Having initially provided Case Management to Adults and Children, the range of services offered by Anglia Case Management has expanded to include a Rehabilitation service, and a Manual Handling service. An experienced team of Expert Witnesses is also available within ACM to provide reports to the court.
Anglia Case Management is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Domiciliary Care provider and Rehabilitation provider and is regularly inspected by the CQC; in 2017 was judged to be “outstanding”.
The company has offices near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk, which are the base for all Administration and Accounts staff. Desk space is available for fee earning staff, and there are training facilities for up to 15 people.
ACM is committed to training and excellence amongst the team. ACM is accredited as an Investor in People, and provides an in-house Professional Development Programme for all Case Managers, in addition to a Senior Development Programme. ACM provides 4 days of in-house training per year, and staff also attend suitable and relevant external training events.
Clear policies and procedures ensure a high and uniform standard of service across all individual staff members.
In 2017 Anglia Case Management was acquired by the Active Assistance Group.
