We work closely with your client, their families or representatives, to give them control over how they would like to receive their support. Once a detailed initial needs assessment is produced, we will assist in recruitment for your client’s support team.
Our responsibilities include the recruitment, training, management, and supervision of the support workers to ensure your client’s individual needs are met.
